Description
Production area
D.O.P. Valencia. Made in the Villa de “Los Corrales”, with vines that are 26 years old, at an altitude of more than 1000m in an area with a Mediterranean climate with some features of a continental inland climate, which favors a wine rich in flavor and duration on the palate.
Grape: 100% Malvasia
Winemaking process
The cultivation work is minimalist, trying not to intervene in the natural process, thus developing the maximum potential of the land. This organically grown grape is collected at dawn in the first week of September, in small boxes to preserve its quality until pressing.
Cold maceration for 12 hours and soft pressing. Fermentation with natural yeasts at 18ºC for 20 days. Preserved with its grounds in steel vats where fermentation is avoided for 6 months. Aged for 4 months in French oak.
Tasting note
Brilliant yellow, with greenish tones.
A rich and aromatic wine, soft and fresh with a long lasting taste in the mouth. Fruity (peach, apple and lychee), with hints of orange blossom. Perfect for rice, fish and as an aperitif.
