Son Cànaves Spicy Organic Sobrasada is handmade from Faixats breed pork, fed with barley and beans from the estate. Slow-cured in natural drying rooms, its flavor is deep and natural, with a special touch of organic Tap de Corti paprika.

Son Cànaves Ecological Spicy Sobrasada is a gourmet and artisanal take on the traditional Spanish cured pork product, made following the original recipe from the Son Cànaves estate. This spicy sobrasada stands out for its bold, spicy flavor, perfectly balanced with the smooth texture and high-quality ecological ingredients. A gourmet product that elevates the tradition of Spain to a new level, thanks to its artisanal production process and the addition of carefully selected spices.

Made with Faixats pork, a breed that combines white and black pigs raised freely in the estate’s pastures, the pigs are fed a natural diet based on barley and beans grown on the property. This unique feeding regimen enhances the authenticity and quality of the product. In the spicy version, the key ingredient is ecological spicy paprika, Pebre Dolç “Tap de Corti”, which gives it the intense and unique flavor that distinguishes this sobrasada.

The production of Son Cànaves Ecological Spicy Sobrasada is entirely artisanal, following a meticulous process that ensures the excellence of each piece. It is cured slowly in natural drying rooms, allowing the sausage to absorb the humid climate of the region, further enhancing its organoleptic properties. A unique flavor experience that showcases the best of ecological, artisanal and spicy Spanish sobrasada.

Storage:
The product is vacuum-packed for transport protection. Once received, it is recommended to remove the packaging and store it traditionally by hanging in a cool, dark place. During storage, it may release natural fatty juice and develop white, gray, or green mold on the skin. This is a natural process due to the loss of fat and minerals, and the mold can be washed off without affecting the product.
