Description

Our Cheese in EVOO is a true celebration of authentic flavour. We craft it using raw sheep’s milk from our own flock, raised freely on our estate, and then let it mature immersed in our high-quality extra virgin olive oil made exclusively from the Cornicabra variety. The result is a cheese that is both smooth and intense, with a creamy texture and a deep aromatic profile where lactic notes blend with the fresh nuances of the oil: green leaf, almond, apple, and a refined hint of bitterness that completes each bite.

This pack includes two jars of Cheese in EVOO, presented in glass containers that preserve its freshness and qualities for up to 9 months. Perfect as an appetiser, in warm salads, on toasted bread or as the star of any gourmet cheese board.

Casas de Hualdo Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Matured sheep’s cheese: raw sheep’s milk, lactic cultures, rennet and salt.

Serving suggestions:
Consume at room temperature to fully appreciate its flavour and aroma.

Storage:
Keep refrigerated between 6–8°C. Once opened, keep covered and well wrapped to avoid drying out.
