Production area
Designation of origin Navarre. On the slopes of the Pyrenees mountains, where Atlantic, Mediterranean and continental climates converge, where the sub-humid, sunny and friendly influence of the Ebro Valley contrasts with the cold, dry violence of the “Cierzo” winds.
The grapes come from the “La Campanalda” farm, at an altitude of 450m.

Winemaking process
Harvesting is done in the traditional way, at night. To collect the grapes at the lowest temperatures and thus maintain the purity of its aromas and quality of the grapes. These rosés are called “de Lagrima” (Teardrop) because they are bled without pressing. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks.
Tasting note
A perfect Navarro rosé wine: fresh and elegant, fruity with perfect acidity.
It is fresh, dry and fine, silky, with good acidity.
Perfect for rice, pasta, mushrooms, tapas, fish, sausages, poultry or grilled Iberian pork.
