Production area
Designation of origin Navarre. On the slopes of the Pyrenees mountains, where Atlantic, Mediterranean and continental climates converge, where the sub-humid, sunny and friendly influence of the Ebro Valley contrasts with the cold, dry violence of the “Cierzo” winds.
The grapes come from the “Azqueta” Vineyard, in the Monjardín Valley, 28 years old at +650m altitude.
Grape: Chardonnay and Grenache
Winemaking process
Harvesting is done at the beginning of September, manually. And the sparkling wine is made according to the traditional Champanoise method, carrying out the second fermentation in the bottle and its subsequent aging in the bottle for 24 months.
Brut Nature: a Brut Nature sparkling wine is one to which no sugar is added during the winemaking process. Therefore, they result in higher quality sparkling wines: cleaner and more faithful to the land, the grapes and the work of the viticulturists.
Tasting note
An excellent sparkling rosé wine from Navarra: very balanced, with fine perlage and perfect intensity and acidity. fresh and elegant, fruity with perfect acidity.
Floral and red fruit aromas are balanced by citrus notes.
