Description
Production area
D.O.P. Cava Requena. An area of inland continental weather with Mediterranean influence that presents high temperature contrasts, which favors the character of Cava. Vines grow on partially limestone soils.
Grape: 85% Macabeo and 15% Chardonnay
Winemaking process
The harvest is collected at the beginning of September, an already ripe grape rich in contrasts, which is cold macerated and pneumatically pressed. It is subsequently fermented at a controlled temperature of 14º to achieve optimal results. When the month of January arrives, the fermentation continues in the bottle, with a duration of the minimum rhyme phase of 12 months.
Tasting note
Fine bubbles and greenish yellow. Well-integrated floral and fruit flavors, among which citrus stand out. Excellent body and flavour that comes from its aging on the lees.
Produced in the PDO CAVA of Requena, it is an excellent quality product perfect for appetizers, starters and at the end of a good meal, but not with sweet desserts.
