Essensaciones imports this rice from Spain, which is grown in the three Valencian provinces, but mainly in the area of the Albufera National Park. “Arroz de Valencia” is the Denomination of Origin that protects and identifies the cultivation of rice in the Valencian Community.
Molino Roca’s Dinamita rice is a pearled round-grain variety of 5 mm, cultivated in the surroundings of the Albufera of Valencia and developed to offer an exceptional balance between absorption, flavour, and cooking resistance.

Dinamita shares many of the qualities of Bomba rice, especially its outstanding ability to absorb the flavour of the broth and enhance the intensity of every recipe. However, it also offers greater resistance and stability during cooking, requiring approximately 5% to 10% less broth to achieve an excellent result.
